There will be a public hearing regarding Bill 116-15 that is being introduced by Councilman Smith. We believe that this change to the Mixed Use Area off of Andover Rd. and W. Nursery could lead to townhome construction (which most seem opposed to) as well as increased traffic on Andover Rd.
